Before you ask

What kind of role are you looking for?: A full-time Webflow or Creative Developer role, at an agency or on an in-house team. Employment or a long-term contract both work for me.
Do you work remotely?: Yes, fully remote. I'm also open to hybrid if the office is in Kyiv.
Which hours do you work?: I'm on Kyiv time (UTC+2, UTC+3 in summer). That covers European working hours, with partial overlap with the US East Coast.
Do you design as well?: I'm a developer first, but I started out in design, and it still shapes how I build: I notice spacing, hierarchy and flow, and I can make sensible calls when a design doesn't cover a case. I've designed pages for clients when a project needed it, so if your team needs a hand in Figma, I'm happy to help.
What do you build with besides Webflow?: Webflow has been my main tool for five years, and I know it inside out. I also build sites and small apps with JavaScript, React and Next.js, using AI-assisted tools to move faster; this site is a Next.js build. Tools keep changing, so if your team works with something else, I'll learn it.
How do you work with a team?: Closely. I've worked side by side with designers, PMs and other developers, and I'm used to talking to clients directly and owning a project from scoping to launch.
